Shipping policy

Free shipping: is available on all prepaid orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Customers must pay 50% of the order value plus applicable delivery charges when placing the order. The remaining 50% is payable as per the COD arrangement at delivery.
Shipping charges, once incurred, are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
